Use the part data first
Russian procurement teams may search for шкив SPA, клиновой шкив or втулка Taper Lock. Those terms help identify the category, but the quotation still depends on the exact pulley and shaft information.
Send the belt marking
Photograph or type the belt section and any model information. If the belt is SPA, keep that designation in the RFQ.
Diameter and groove count
State whether the diameter is outside, pitch or datum when known. Add the number of grooves and the number of belts used on the machine.
Shaft and bushing data
Provide shaft diameter and keyway. If a taper bushing is fitted, include its designation and bore marking.

Files that speed up review
A dimensioned drawing, machine manual extract, clear pulley photos and the existing part code are more useful than a generic equipment photo alone.
